Hash Brown Potatos



Hash browns can be good break fast or evening snack for kids... they love it...

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded potatoes
1 spoon butter
salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions:
The trick to hash brown potatoes is the potatoes must be dry when they hit the pan.
1. Dry the grated potatoes very well using a kitchen towel.
2. Mix chopped onion and salt to taste.
3. Put a pan on medium heat. Put the big spoonful of mixture on pan and spread it little and pat it to make a round shape. The grated potato will still be loose at this stage.
4. Put butter from the side of it.
5. Once the bottom turns golden brown and grated potato starts sticking to each other, turn it. Put butter from the side of it. Wait it the other side also turns golden brown and little crispy.

Hash browns are ready to serve.
